Features
The feeder delivers pre-printed and cut cardboard from the paper shelf to the conveyor chain to the shaping mold, the carton can be glued and you with adjustable position of the gluing. The volume of gluing can be measured while in progress without stopping. After being glued, the cardboard is pressed to shape and assembled, then fed to the output section.
Electric box, paper feeding unit, conveying unit, water—based adhesive gluing unit, or double sided tape dispensers, forming unit, collecting unit, servo control unit.
It can produce different size and shape of boxes through change the forming mold.
The forming mold is low in cost and easy to change.
This machine is highly efficient and can produce as many as 160 pieces per minute with auto counter.
Compact footprint in size and convenient to install.
The machine uses PLC with high automation, simple operation and adjusted, high reliability and low maintenance.
